We usually depatch orders within 7 days of payment, but please allow 14 days for delivery to allow for delays, which will always be down to the post and not our despatch date. Orders to delivery addresses outside the UK may take longer. UK orders are sent by first class recorded post, without exception in secure packaging.
Orders may be sent in more than one package.
UK despatch will be charged at £6.00 for one item and free for every item there after at each visit to checkout Overseas will be charged at £8.99 per item.
Although every attempt will be made to adhere to the time or times quoted under no circumstances shall we be liable for any loss arising from delay in despatch or delivery howsoever caused. Any item not recieved will be chased via the Post Office by ourselves and we will be asking for signature proof on your behalf. Through out this unfortunate and rare situation we will keep you informed and work towards a replacement.
In the unlikely event of delivery not being made to you within 30 days we will refund you in full or reship the goods.
